Every author gets a little nervous thinking about how the public is going to receive their book. Reviews can be wonderful...but they can be brutal too. Alas, not everyone is going to think that your masterpiece is perfection. Some people won't even think it's a masterpiece...they'll just enjoy the time they spent getting to know the characters you've created. And that's fine too. But sometimes, you blow the reader away and keep them up all night reading! I love those times!
